"I think this is a overall failure as a organization right now"

He isn't wrong. Getting your ass kicked this badly by this many bad teams means your organization is a mess from top to bottom. I would rather hear honesty about it rather than droning on about missed opportunities or celebrating breaking records in a lost season.

That’s okay then because he’s not wrong

No he isn’t wrong. But in classic Panthers organizational fashion, the players can’t act like professionals when someone they like gets fired. Like when Hurney was dropped and everyone bitched about their contracts, including Greg Olsen. Now Ron gets canned because he is garbage, and players just completely pack it in. It’s fine, I get it. But they shouldn’t be shocked when all their weak asses get shown the door.

I hate Olsen is going out in this poo show. He deserved better. Have we ever had one of our star players go out on a positive note? Doesnt seem like it

At the end of the day only one team ends the year they way they want to. Most players don’t really go out on a positive you know? Brutal but true

Hes not wrong. This organization has been a mess for years. JR didn’t really care about winning, he wanted his favorite vets around and loved that NFL logo at the 50.

If Tepper truly wants to change the culture around this team he will blow it up, not only the players but the people who make decisions.

It won’t be here. He can play his typical 5 games a season somewhere else.

He understands it might be somewhere else.

As to the players, there were guys defending George Seifert at the end of 2001.

Heaven knows Ron is as good a guy as you could find, but I think if Greg were honest, he'd agree that he deserved to be fired.

That is, unless Olsen thinks somebody else should have been fired

This is so true. Culture changes are never easy but are definitely needed. JR had made this team and coaching staff soft. We need a new front office with new coaching to get a actual winning culture.

This aint solely a shot toward Ron's Firing.  More or less the whole state of this organization imo
