This is what happens when you hire your buddies and people who are just good enough to not show you up . Rivera was such an ass..generational QB in his prime and you have some Morty calling plays for him .

I have a sneaking suspension Tepper is going to can him as soon as the season is done. Probably was keeping him for continuity until the season was done. 

Teppers failing though, should have done it the other way around unless Tepper didn’t want to win and that’s why Ron went first.

He will be here thru the draft, and that’s it I imagine. At least as the head shot caller. Might keep him around in some capacity, but his days of roster building here in Charlotte are coming to an end. Kevin Colbert or Nick Caserio will be our next roster architect.
