You’ve just made an enemy... but I tend to agree

Just being honest. He is a great athlete, but in this league it takes luck and Oline talent. So many NFL teams with high draft picks do not have great lines. We are one of those.

Cam couldn't even wear a fugging towel on his head or celebrate a touchdown without his character being questioned.

You really think it would be going over well if half the huddle was cheering for him to break records while our team is getting the doors blown off each week?

I've already seen the real you bud, we know how you really feel about Newton. Go back to lurking.

Look I don’t know what your beef is between you two or what his opinion of Cam Newton is. But the fact remains. That super bowl season was fugging awesome and every fan of this team enjoyed Cam destroying opponents each week. He was unstoppable that year.

Did the fact we lost the super bowl make all that success he had irrelevant to you?

Man no offense but Tua probably won’t make it in this league.

I really want someone to please fill me why Tua won’t make it in the NFL other than his health. He’s the closet thing to Russell Wilson and the most accurate Qb in this class. Probably the smartest too.

A reception record by a RB is nothing to brag about, that shows how bad our offense is. Defenses willing let Mccaffrey catch all those balls, it’s call bend don’t break

100 receptions for any position in the NFL is something to brag about. Period. Do you know how good you have to be to catch the ball 100 times in a season when your main job is running the ball out of the backfield and you are getting hit 40 times a game?

I’m done with these over reactive takes acting like 100 catches by a RB is no big deal. That’s an absurd thing to say

I actually think he’s an amazing QB but his health is a huge concern. Cam is built like a fugging tank and can’t stay healthy behind this line.

When you have an OC whose whole playbook revolves around you it isn't that hard, especially when your getting blow out and oppposing defenses are playing prevent.

Ok, so whoever drafts Tua will have a high draft pick. If we get him, he wouldn’t last 5 games. It’s more than health. Until you play or see yourself the speed difference between college and the NFL, you wont understand why this league is so hard. Tua is a great athlete but even if he were drafted he would need two-three years to get acclimated to the speed of the game.

Tua is better than Trevor. I would draft him and sit him for a year if need to.

The big thing about Newton, was because he ran he didn’t get the calls most QBs get. Those dangerous hits were coming and the refs didn’t stop it. I suspect Cam’s constant trash talk had something to do with it, he was known to talk to the refs too, that did Cam no favors.

That’s the thing about football, it takes luck too! You should sit him until you had an Oline that could protect him and allow him to see the game and develop. We need a one to two year journeyman if Cam doesn’t come back.

CMC has so many receptions because Kyle Allen barely threw any passes past the line of scrimmage for at least 8 weeks on top of turning the ball over at an absurd rate. That's one of the main reasons we have a whopping one win since November.

Do you guys want to be in the cellar of the division and the conference with your 8th overall pick running back breaking reception records, or do you want an actual NFL offense that can move the ball downfield? Even the Colts who were 1-6 entering our matchup moved the ball well and stepped on our necks. Either you're satisfied with where we are at or you want to improve. But you aren't going to accomplish that by celebrating mediocrity, and 2019 has been one of the worst Panthers seasons in recent memory.

While I hear what you are saying and agree there may be some truth to it, I refuse to use that as a legitimate reason. It’s no reason for a ref not to fairly officiate calls.

I know that isn’t what you are saying, but I won’t even use that as an excuse

Dude. What is your problem? Where did anyone say “the playoffs are awesome but I am happier with the CMC record” on this board? Not one single person said that.

But you are shitting on an incredible accomplishment by our RB. He will be the first RB since Marshal Faulk to reach this milestone and you literally compared to a turd and disregard it as no big deal. How many receptions to CMC have with Cam?

Maybe go look. It isn’t just Allen throwing the ball to him. And it’s an incredible achievement.

You just got onto someone else for accusing you of not being a CMC fan. You said you are a big fan. So why in the fug are you dismissing this incredible feat as a polished turd? Wtf is the deal?

Nobody is celebrating mediocrity. This season sucks. We are celebrating a historical season by our RB cause that’s all we have to celebrate. Why is that so bad?
