Saturday Week 16 Games Thread

Winston and Allen have almost the same amount of sacks but Winston has way more TDs and yards. Goes to show how important it is to have good WRs though. Winston has two beasts at the WR position. With just an Average QB the Bucs could be a 9 win team.

Also if Allen had two WRs at that level we definitely would have had been more successful. But that's playing in fantasy land.

They used to describe Dave Krieg as a guy who kept both teams in the game.

That's a pretty accurate description of Jameis Winston too.

Winston has done this the past several weeks with both Evans and Godwin out. Winston has ridiculously bad decisions at times but his positive attributes are a large reason they are 7-7 and trending upwards. If Arians can reign him in at all going forward, look out.

Winston has enormously better physical tools and has shown far better flashes throughout his career.  But the mistakes he makes, at this point in his career, for a veteran are nearly inexcusable.

Agreed, if he can learn to take care of the ball he can be elite.
