When was the last time an opening drive started with a run.  An undrafted qb shouldn't be passing as much as Allen is with a rb like CMC.

Allen is pretty much toast. The OL has sped up his decline but he is just not the answer even as a backup at this point.

I mean sure, he is missing the throws he made earlier.  I don't see why the coaching staff insists on throwing him out there.  I'd rather see Grier at this point.  Man, Grier must be *atrocious*.  Blech.

Also I’m guessing it’s an organizational decision to limit cmc in a lost season. We aren’t going to lean on him. We’re gonna evaluate our players for next year

I'd definitely give Grier a shot at this point, but it doesn't sound like the team is going to.

The main limb that kept Rivera his JOB has been hurt for 2 years. That limb is CAM.
