There is no one on this OL that is close to the four guys mentioned above. Those guys were all part of multiple top 10 rated OLs during Cam’s career so your one anecdote about one OL doesn’t mean anything. Paradis, Turner, Little, Williams and evening Van Roten and Moton have had bad games. The first 4 have had ridiculously bad games way too often.

i'd take any combination of this line over Bell - Silatolu - Kalil - Velsaco - Chandler-- poo even when we put in Trai and Norwell it didn't matter considering Bell and Chandler is quite possibly the worst LT/RT starting combination in the history of the NFL.

I get the rationale, but we're only talking about three games.

If three bad games were enough to permanently traumatize him, he probably doesn't belong in the league anyway.

      Respectfully, I completely disagree. Last year we were:  32nd in Sacks. 32nd in Turnovers.  32nd in Rushing TDs allowed  29th in Scoring.  We were absolutely atrocious on defense last year and that was with a full stable of weapons in Derek Brown, Frankie Luvu and Brian Burns that played all 17 games.  Using yards per game as a metric to guage our success lacks the context that because our offense was so inept teams were not driving the length of the field, they were starting at their 40-50 yard line.  This year, our Defense ranks:  31st in Sacks. Tied for 19th in Turnovers  31st in Rushing TDs allowed 32nd in Scoring  His defense fails to get pressure, fails to turn the ball over and fails to stop the run. Three things you absolutely have to do to be successful in the NFL.  Denver meanwhile has not missed a beat without him.  If another team wants to hire him as a HC and the Panthers get two 3rds for it I'll wish him the best and pack his bags myself.
