Once again how many times do you and Zack sit with Tepper? That’s the guy who makes the final call. Cam and his camp can say anything they want, none of it matters. He’s under contract for one year and he has to notch 6 games to count as a year so...Tepper can do as he pleases

What they are saying is pure speculation as is what actual insiders who still have only limited sources and info such as Kyle Bailey, Adam Schefter, Florio, etc. Once again this situation can change on a million things so let’s not pretend anything anyone says now should be taken as anything more than speculation. People like you will take what your “insiders” will say as gospel regardless of being right or wrong welcome to the age of the internet where anyone can claim anything and if they are wrong “plans change”

So in the end you ignore my question totally, keeping playing both sides while of course propping up anyone who fits your narrative and think that’s an actual response? For a football “historian” you sure don’t know fuging much do you? 
 

Let me make it easy for you since you want to ignore everything. Here are all the situations that could happen tell me which one (maybe two) are in the best interest of the team. And please don’t act like Cam will hold out because he has to play 6 games minimum and holding out hurts any future contract options.

A.) Team keeps Cam and sees how he plays, if he is shot we move on next year, if he plays really well we extend him 

B.) Team trades Cam for a king’s ransom (this means other teams believe/know Cam is healthy)

C.) Team trades Cam for almost nothing (read 2nd round pick or worse) (It means teams are unsure of his health and we roll with a rookie or Allen/Grier)

D.) Cam sits out (This hurts Cam’s future contract options as it just tacks another year of teams being unsure, plus he needs 6 games to count as a year)

E.) Team release him for nothing 

 

A-E which one(s) are best for the team. Simple answer I’ll wait, oh and don’t twist it these are legitimately the only things the team can do with Cam going forward 

Oh and Scot, the reasons why they say “things can change” is because they don’t fuging know. It’s point blank obvious and why you can’t see that is sad 

Mr Scot has a regular and consistent inability to distinguish speculation from facts. Speculation he believes is a confirmed fact to him.  His own speculation becomes facts if he just says it twice. Just the way he is.

I've done the radio thing. It moves the needle zero. Absolutely zero. A tiny fraction of what a simple social media post does.

None of them will answer which one is best for the team. If we get offered an amazing haul then trade him, I’m for it. But I truthfully don’t see that happening no matter how much “Tepper talks him up” teams NEED to see him play, what team would give up an amazing haul for him right now I can’t think of any.

No one has a crystal ball but those are what the team can do, what helps the team best, A, B, C, D, or E? That simple, no tricks or gotcha moments just a pure simple multiple choice question and answer. 
 

Oh and please show me all the breaking stories they’ve been in front of or right about before others. You want to throw the weight around bring the receipts because no amount of you cawing for them will effect the reality of it. 

All possible outcomes depend on whether Newton is healthy or not, but not solely that. There's also the question of whether the Panthers are willing to pay him what he wants. If they're not, then he's likely going to someone who does.

Bottom line, you can feel free to judge the legitimacy of sources by whether they tell you what you want to hear or not, but it's not a good idea. Our inside guys have certainly told me things I didn't want to hear, but they were right.

And that's what actually matters...

I wish I could say I can't wait to show this thread when he doesn't come back. But you know what you will be like these other guys on here when their wrong, they disappear.
