You guys are the ones with you lips so firmly planted on cams ass that you cant even see reality. The dude has played like 8 games in the past 2 years and is t a dual threar anymore

 And the team is rebuilding.

Hey... That's all fine and dandy if we draft a future Superbowl winning QB, I'm all for it. What do you realistically think the chances of that happening is? And how long would it take for him to develop into that? We have a LOT of talent on offense RIGHT NOW. CMC, DJ Moore, Curtis Samuel, Ian Thomas, there are pieces there! If we can TRULY get Cam Newton back at 100% healthy, then we could potentially get 3 to 6 years of playoff calibre football (YES, Cam must become a different passer!). In the meantime, we can STILL rebuild. Rebuild the offensive line and glaring holes in the defense (I don't know which one is worse this year). And at the same time find that QB that may be the future of the franchise. Is it on the team now? Maybe, maybe not... I think at this point ruling Cam out completely is VERY shortsighted.

(i) And those injuries were years apart, they have nothing to do with one another.

(ii)  He played full seasons after having the lisfranc injury and surgery and never had issues with his foot.

(i)  Correct.  (sort of, see below)

(ii)  FYI...Durant never had a LisFranc injury.

He had a Jones fracture which is the same thing Gregg Olsen had.  O'Malley performed a 5th metatarsal bone graft surgery on Durant's right foot after the initial/traditional screw-implant didn't work.  (so it took them 2 shots at that one to get it right)

That's all unctarhole888 can do is poo posts because he doesn't know football and can't understand when someone knows more than he ever will. He then says hey I got them on ignore but still reads posts to poo them. When actually he is reading and thinking damn I wish I would listen to that guy.

Can't keep my name out of your mouth... I'll send you an autographed picture

Marty knows. (and we do too)

"...Cam has diligently followed a program of rest and rehab and still is experiencing pain in his foot,” general manager Marty Hurney said. “He saw two foot specialists last week who agreed that he should continue that [non-surgical] path prescribed by the team’s medical staff, and that it likely will take significant time for the injury to fully heal."

So, basically, all this evidence you're providing is proof positive that the "Cam didn't want the surgery because he's a freaky Vegan and that's why he waited so lonnnnnnngggggggg!" story-pushers have been 100% wrong in their theory?

It was the team pushing the "wait, rest, and recover" all this time and not Cam?

Right?

I seriously don't even know what you are talking about.

I never mentioned anything about veganism.

The entire point behind my posts was to illustrate that Dr. Robert Anderson's diagnosis for Cam was don't have surgery --- period, hard stop.

Anything you may be imagining beyond that is a figment of said imagination...
