Did anyone really think a coaching change would make a difference

I think it was the correct move by Tepper. It just shows how poor prepared the players are every week. A new staff with new ideas is needed. We also saw how piss poor Hurney is putting together a team because both lines were crap.

Heck no.

First time HC, who's also calling plays as the DC. Pretty sure it's his first time doing that as well.

Plus, Scott Turner's first time calling plays as the OC.

This was about letting new guys show what they could do on the field, and to evaluate the coaching staff.

Fewell was an interim head coach for the Bills in 2009.

This is Scott's first time as an OC, however.

No. Fewell was the DC in Buffalo for 3 years and became the interim head coach there for 7 games with a 3-4 record. He was the DC for the Giants for 5 years. He gets no sympathy.

If you didn’t see the difference then you are blind. Ron was good enough to make us average. Without him we are a train wreck.

This had to be teppers plan. Take away the one person that could possibly make us average to ensure we have time to evaluate the entire team top to bottom.

At the end of the season we will bring in a new staff and a high draft pick and know what is worth keeping.
