Donte sharing his thoughts

Horrible attitude, even worse than the play calls (which he’s right, were bad, but Donte needs to focus on his own play). If he keeps this attitude up I wouldn’t be surprised to see him traded this offseason, and wouldn’t be terribly upset, though I would wonder what could have been. He has all the ability to be the best corner in the entire league right now. Would be a shame if he blows it.

Lol. What a poo storm this team has become. Do you guys remember way back when we were a playoff team with a bright future?

P.S. I don’t want a poo storm, but at this point laughter is the only way to keep sane while watching a guy get his first career catch for us with a 93 yard TD.

One thing Donte understands about that call but fails to mention is that the ONE thing a cornerback CANNOT allow is...

To get beaten deep.

And Donte did.  By a practice-squad midget.

He reminds me nothing of Norman. Norman possessed great technique and was bigger. Dante is faster, smaller, and way less polished.

Both were undisciplined coming in. Norman did not rely on technique when he first came in, and he had to be coached up.

I think that Donte actually has showed better technique and overall talent than Norman did his first year. I think where Norman excelled was actually in his willingness to learn, listen and improve---mind you, I'm judging this mostly by actual play on the field--during his second year. Donte hasn't done that. If he would, I think he could be as special as his mouth is big.

Man, how in the world did we get here?  Six weeks ago we went toe to toe with the packers in a game where the team held their own against one of the greatest. Now we are quite possibly the worst team in the league.

have to press the reset button on over half this roster.

Second half collapse.  It was key injuries and Ron’s indifference knowing his fate.

Here were Donte Jackson’s full comments on the two TDs, for context.

Did he just admit that he was manned up against a guy who'd never caught an NFL pass and he blew it? I mean, if a starting corner can't be counted on to cover a guy who's never caught an NFL pass... oh wee maybe indeed.

eric washington is exactly as he good as he was last year, and we decided to keep him.

I used to think really highly of Washington as a DL coach, but as soon as he became DC our D tanked and when he supposedly took a step back this year to focus more on the DL again... well, we see how that has gone.

Can't agree.

It may indeed be an opinion but it's an opinion that I think is correct.

Ahh so your opinion too? Aka not facts. Get off all the Twitter analysts nutsacks for fuging once in your life

Washington was demoted last year from play calling, every fan has seen the soft zone bullshit or playing 15 yards off on a 3rd and 10 and said it was poo play calling but because Donte said something he’s selfish and never wrong? Nah check yourselves
