This is a lame duck season at this point. Tepper and Ron have both stated that it's just basically giving people shots at this point.

Once JR rehired Hernia this has been coming.  No one in the NFL even gave him a sniff when he was fired and we go and rehire him......I agree that Tepper has made no moves that Impress me to date, but this product has been in the works for some time now.

Why not everyone kind of calm down and wait to see what happens next. Tepper has just started his front office and coaching move. We have no idea what the finished product will look like.

I love how people wanted Rivera gone so bad, but now that he's gone there are people acting like the sky is falling even though Ron was getting his ass handed to him week in and week out. Try not to forget the Washington Redskins coming to our house and pimp slapping the "Great defensive minded" head coach's defense around.

Tepper is building the team for 2020 and beyond. Too many fans are still stuck on 2015. You can't get apples without shaking the tree.
