What about how all those players we acquired for the defense? How are they looking? 

What massive contributions are we getting from our players that were picked outside the first round?

And if the quarterback's health is an issue, didn't we know that in the off season? Wouldn't it have made sense to go after a solid backup?

You're basically just making excuses at this point, dude.

I'm giving reasons, not excuses. I'm not Hurney and Tepper is not my boss. I don't need excuses.

Anybody and everybody can aspire to appear to be an excellent GM after the fact. The funny thing is, no one seems to have all these answers before poo happens.
