Much like the Cowboys- consistent winning seasons, consistent performance and consistently talented rosters, but have struggled through the playoffs of late. 

Dallas Cowboys 3-9 post season record over the past 20 years. The Steelers, under Mike Tomlin since 2007, are 8-6 in the post season. To be fair, the Steelers have 2 Superbowl appearances in the past 10 seasons with a 1-1 record.

Its an article on the Boston Globe. I can't put it up on here cause I'm not a member of the globe, but it says Caserio is likely gone and will bring on McDaniels or the bills oc who apparently worked with him in the past

he is not under contract next year.  We just rolled over some money for cap space.
