No it’s not, he has all of the signs.....stop being blinded by your love of the team and see it for what it is.  Tepper is just like Snyder, a rich cocky asshat that has no idea how to build a winning sports franchise.  I watched it in DC, same attitude.  I could be wrong and will gladly admit it once that is proven, but so far I see nothing from him that shows me any different.

you’re right i remember seeing him get dragged for yards on one of those “solo tackles”
