Today's office debate: Keep or not to keep bread in the fridge?

We buy two loaves at a time for home, freeze one, and throw the other in the bread box...

Frozen bread thaws right back to it's perfect softness overnight, and lasts just as long as it would have if not frozen...

You have a moment of clarity during your downward tinfoilhattedness!!

Or if you live in the Low Country, bread never molds. It's awesome.

Can I hijack this thread? I had an instance come up that I never realized was an issue...

Bottled ketchup.. Do you keep it in the fridge or in the pantry?

Personally, the wife and I have always kept it in the fridge after opening it, but I never really liked cold ketchup...

Yes, but then I set it out for a bit to warm up.

2 for 2!!
