Well, its not like Fewell can produce actual 3-4 DLinemen and ILBs out of thin air. We're still going to be undersized and ripe to be run on.

True but we could actually try to have better player management. I'm not hoping for anything ridiculous but at least putting the best personnel packages together instead of friends first approach. Hell, we may even start to see some younger guys and less form older guys playing below their contracts. Hell, just lighting a fire under butts could make things look different.
