What does a GM do when the VP of Football Operations is above them?

I see it as actually forming a team of front office people. Which is pretty smart. Our last owner was cheap and basically gave the keys to one guy. Now we will have three people who will run personal decisions.

I'd be fine with this arrangement since it is on Tepper's dime and doesn't count against the cap.

I might not get the big firing I wanted to see since he came back but maybe a gentle phasing out. I would rather see a mushroom cloud but I could live with job castration.
