Depending on your definition of success.

Kyle Allen, certainly not my choice as a starting QB, was the #3 on this team when the season started. One could easily consider this season a success simply based on the fact that he managed to win 5 games he wasn't even supposed to be active for, let alone start. Immediate success was the 4 wins following 2 losses.
