Well it showed last time.  Marty went from Panther GM......to Panther GM. 

But Ron is a good coach.  Not great.  There isnt an abundance of good HCs. If he wants to be a HC he will.   Teams will want Ron even if his time here ran it’s course.

I doubt it. It's terrible optics for a team.

How would this board react if our head coaching hire was someone who got fired midseason from another team after losing to the 2-9 Redskins? We'd burn BOA to the ground.

He'll go somewhere as a DC, set up to be the heir apparent to the HC position. But you can't install a poo-canned coach as a HC the very next year!

I can wait on Hurney till the end of the season, maybe through the draft if Tepper has his eye on you know who. 

Terrifying to think he reads the Huddle, surprised he hasn't sold the team yet. That or started lawsuits and bans from BoA.
