The team just reworked there scouting department along with the rest of the front office structure this past summer promoting Morrow and Stokes

Intriguing if true, but I'd like to see a reputable source confirm this.  If we are cleaning house now, the real question is who will be doing the hiring?

I'd like the new GM to make these decisions.

If this is really happening now, that doesn't bode well for a change in management.

Apparently the source is an Eagles blogger. I haven't found anything anywhere else yet.

It's a pretty specific tweet though. Granted, he could be talking about something that's not happening right now but could be expected down the road.

I know one of the guys up there is Jerry Richardson's grandson. I forget if it's Jeff Morrow or someone else.

Yeah. Teams don't typically fire scouting departments until after they've already hired a new GM and been through a draft cycle.

I'll grant it's possible, and he doesn't specifically state that it's happening right now, but I'd really prefer to see something from one of our own people before I'm ready to run with it.
