One other note that caught my attention but I didn't see anybody specifically tweet...

Rivera stated that he's "happy with the reps the young outside linebackers are getting".

So if you're one of the fans who's hoping for Brian Burns to get more playing time, I'm afraid I might have some bad news for you.

Pretty sure he also said something about players making calls to get guys in better positions.. was he calling out Luke?

Don't know.

I know during the game I heard a voice that I'm pretty sure was Luke yelling "outside run outside run" just prior to a play that did not in fact turn out to be an outside run, but a dropback pass instead.

This is the one that pisses me off. Sure, maybe he did miss but how the fug do we have 1st and goal at the one and we’re all blaming Allen for missing Wright on 4th down. We have Moore, Samuel, Olsen and CMC and all we can think of is two up the gut runs with an OL who sucked all day run blocking?

Allen is getting way to much blame for some really shitty play calling. Same thing happened week 2 with Cam. Washington jammed their balls down our throats when the ran at the goal line and we get pushed back.

Uh yeah, we've 4 games this year because we can't convert from the 1.  Sure, it's on the players' somewhat, but our playcalling on the 1 has been terrible.

grier is an unknown. yeah he would probably suck, i didn’t like the pick when it was made, but allen will definitely suck. i’ll take the known quantity

Two years ago the pathetic 1-10 49ers started Jimmy Garropolo their last 5 games and won 5 games in a row. If Will Grier was able to do that and was the QB of the future I would be happy

Oh now he’s taking responsibility? A 7 game losing streak last year and a 5 and still going losing streak this year and he’s finally falling on a sword?

I really hope old Tepper isn’t falling for this crap. We need a clean slate. His defense has fallen apart under his watch and we’ve got nothing coming soon that’s going to help that. I don’t want to see a healthy Cam save Ron again. I don’t even know if he’s coming back but I’d rather see Cam helping a new coach win.

This team isn’t close to contending for a SB. We need a cleansing of where Ron and Marty have us now with sieves on the interiors of both lines even thought we are spending $20M for a C and G and spending almost $40M for 3 DTs.

He said he "feels responsible", not " I am responsible". He still talks about players needing to play better etc, etc. Same old word gymnastics to deflect blame away. For such a players coach, he sure does throw his under the bus.

He's the QB, that comes with the territory. It's the same way Newton was tied to 0-9 or whatever regardless of anything else. Guys were perfectly fine giving Kyle credit for our winning stretch. Now it's not his fault when we lose with the football in his hands? That's not the way it works.

Questions you would like to hear:

1. "Can you explain how a team averaging 80 yards a game come into your stadium and runs for 248?"

2. "The Washington Redskins had not won in BOA for 21 years until yesterday. Thoughts?"

Next.....

Here's what he'd say:

"Can you explain how a team averaging 80 yards a game come into your stadium and runs for 248?"

RR: It’s football. It’s football. Remember there is 11 other guys on the other side of the lineup too.

"The Washington Redskins had not won in BOA for 21 years until yesterday. Thoughts?"

RR: We all seem to forget that they may struggle, but again, they are paid just like our players are paid. They go out, they play hard, they give it their best just like our guys went out and gave it their best and they fought to the very end.
