Will Tepper let his brass balls swing tomorrow?

Pretty sure everyone here is ready for Tepper to start making changes. Would’ve been great if we were already seeing them.
 

What are your expectations  going into next week? I’m not 100% sure he’s going to fire anyone until after the season. Maybe he thinks the staff has earned that respect. 
 

What’s your reaction if we get to Wednesday and he has done nothing.

This team is headed for 5-11 so there is zero reason not to fire the head coach now, but I don’t expect anything to happen.

I've been a longtime opponent of midseason firings, but even I have to admit I wouldn't object to this one.

Agree..  Rivera has 4 more games in NC. I was on the fence on when to pull the plug...season's over so who knows.

I kinda hope we don't let him off the hook and make him stick it out at this point.  This is his D and it's an utter embarrassment. Let him own it.

I always hear that there’s no benefit doing it mid-season, however, it happens every year. I don’t buy it.

We definitely need to start the GM search as soon as possible. Coaches aren’t that important when going into the early offseason.

Agreed, time to part ways with Hurney and begin the process of finding a new GM.

Ron can wait until the last game of the season is over.

I won’t watch anymore games this season.

Firing Ron and Marty would be bad optics to our future gm and hc. There isn’t much benefit to firing them now. I’d let them go down with the ship and fire them both on black Monday.

Smart move.  I stopped 3 weeks ago, best move I’ve made in a while.
