he could have hesitated and still completed the pass. didn’t look wright’s way. not sure he knew the play call or maybe he just entirely misdiagnosed the defense? it looks awful though like wtf lol

Like I told you in the game thread it was a slow read. He was turned left and would have needed to turn to his right right and be in the face of a defender to his right.

you said he had a rusher coming full on. by the time he broke the pocket and actually did have “a rusher coming full on” the window was gone and it’s an easy pick. he had a clean pocket and a wide open receiver who was absolutely schemed open. no excuse.

Allen did look to the right and saw the open man but was situated to make the throw and saw the unblocked defender/Dlineman to the left and didn’t chance it.

this is gaslighting lol. everyone please trust your eyes. watch the replay and the representation of the play provided by barnwell. he was not under pressure for the time that wright was wide open

I know I saw an unblocked dlineman/rusher to Allen’s right. I’m 100% he was debating going in on Allen if Allen turned to the right. If Allen had read it sooner he would have definitely had time.

I just adore the fact that now instead of cam fuging up and you blaming the OL. It’s all on cam.

Again it’s not about the time wright was open it’s about the time it would have taken Allen to reset to throw to the right as he was already situated to throw left and the approximating distance from the unblocked rusher to the right. It just wouldn’t have worked out. But it would have if Allen made a quicker read. Someone post a damn screenshot.
