And have never been happier to be proven wrong. I had all but given up on Julius Peppers but in the past few weeks I think a light bulb has finally light with him. He finally is being the dominate force we all knew he was capable of and getting pressure constantly and I saw those effort plays that he had been lacking as of late.

I think the whole D is finally responding to Meeks D scheme. Our Dline looked as good as the Giants Dline IMO yesterday. Martin looks like another solid acquisition by Dan Gregory's scouting staff (I had just about written him off as well) what about that a guy playing better at the position he played most of college shocking.

I still think Fox should be gone but I wouldn't mind seeing Meeks or Davidson as interim HC. I saw some very creative formations yesterday maybe Fox has finally let Davidson have a little more control of the playcalling. All in All first time in almost a year I can be proud of the way my team (outside of Jake) played.

I would like to know what changed with him... maybe it's that they're moving him back and forth from right to left? Maybe it's that Hollis Thomas is tying up more blockers?

He still got caught a few time going inside when he should have been protecting the edge. But he is playing with more fire and the defense is doing a good job around him as well. Teams can't just gameplan against him and forget everyone else. Our defensive scheme is really playing to his strengths as Beason told him it would in the offseason.
