Just because it might hurt your feelings doesn't mean it can't or shouldn't happen. This is a business after all.

I mean the fact he isn’t in to me means they kind of already know where he is at. Granted this is Rivera, possibly the worst talent evaluating head coach of all time.

But either you continue to keep 3 QBs and develop Grier or the new staff gets rid of him. Allen should be the bonafide backup. And the new staff can also decide on cam (Unless cam decides for himself) or draft a qb to compete for starter and just keep two qbs on roster.

Whatever the case, playing Grier now with this team for a few games won’t tel you much and imo the qb starter for next year is either cam or a first round prospect.

This team is clearly bad. When can we expect someone to get fired. Rivera and Hurney are gone for sure but there needs to be some sort of accountability for this consistent lack of preparedness.
