The most amazing holiday of the year.

 

 

As such, every year I post my cranberry sauce recipe. Free yourselves from the abomination that is canned cranberry sauce. The real thing is just as easy and so much tastier.

 

1 package fresh cranberries

1 cup sugar

1 cup orange juice

 

Put all that poo in a pot, heat on medium and stir. Once boiling the cranberries will start to pop. Keep stirring until they all pop. Let cool and serve warm or cold.

Throw some red wine or ginger in the cranberry sauce for a nice twist on the traditional.
