Want me to jump on the Panthers' bandwagon? I just need to see 1 thing

Nobody cares if you "jump on the bandwagon" or not. It's pretty sad that you can't take a little pleasure in a definite victory over a solid club in their house. Jake's numbers were all it took to win. Do you believe that Moore's numbers for the game should name him starter? I'm not sure Mr. Mills would approve of your use of his name. He was never the doom & gloom type that you seem to be.

- I was happy to see the Panthers win.

- Matt Moore should be the starting quarterback for the Panthers.

So, you call yourself a fan and then talk about jumping on the bandwagon only if we win in New Orleans......pathetic excuse for a fan.

You people are like that little old lady living down the street that bitches about EVERYTHING.

You bitched last week when we were down and threw the ball. Now you are bitching this week when we were up and we ran the ball.

Pathetic.

That's not what I mean by "jumping on the bandwagon". I mean the new bandwagon that has inexplicably popped up after the first quality win the Panthers have had in over a year that says that the Panthers are a great team suddenly that will be contending for a playoff spot.

I'm not getting crazy here and thinking we'll find a way to win the division or anything, but at least I have hope that we'll be IN every game for the rest of the year.

I just want to see us win games. I don't need to believe we'll make a Super Bowl run or anything like that...I just want to see some good football.

I hope you're right, but I'm pretty sure that we'll look back on this game after the season and see it as the high water mark for the team. Hope I'm wrong though. But 6 horrific-to-mediocre performances this season followed by one good one makes me still think that this is not a playoff team.

I dont think he means "jumping on the bandwagon" like you guys are taking it.

He is not saying he will be a fan again.... He is saying he is "on the bandwagon" that this is a good football team.

The "bandwagon" he is refering too, is everyone thinking we are a top notch team again, and that Jake Delhomme is back to normal.

Exactly.

I've never once not rooted for the Panthers to win so I'm not sure where that idea is coming from.

I'll give you that, we do need to see more. But I do like what we've seen. New Orleans is potentially (probably) the best team in the league this year. They are strong in all phases of the game.

If we want a real test, couldn't ask for a harder one. Heck, if they can just hang tough with them, I'll be pretty happy.

We should do more than just hang tough. We have the same team that went 12-4 last year and that swept New Orleans in the process. I'm not looking for moral victories here. I'm looking for nothing but a W. Otherwise, I'm going to assume that what we saw yesterday was a mirage, fools' gold and rational fans should do the same.
