In a perfect world, no one. Belichick's coaching tree sucks.

The only guy I've seen who's actually getting much buzz right now is Josh McDaniels. no way in hell I'd go down that road after seeing what happened in Indianapolis.

Brian Daboll does have some history in New England though.

Mike McCoy.

He and Roman were together for a couple of years in the Panthers early days, and he's available.

Mike McCoy was a big part of why Wilks only lasted one season in Arizona. I want no part of him on the coaching staff.

I’m sure he’d be an upgrade over Matsko. I know he’s well respected but our perennial OL problems makes me wonder if coaching is the real issue. Other teams appear to do more with less talent e.g. New England.

That'd be Greg Roman.

I've said before that my preferred combo is Kevin Colbert and Dan Campbell, but looking at the tea leaves, a Colbert / Roman duet seems like a real possibility.

Wouldn't mind a Colbert/Roman combo. Colbert has been successful for years and Roman has the defensive minded Ravens scoring points

Roman has been overhyped before, he is getting overhyped again.

Baltimore targeted and got the guy who helped give both Vick and McNabb their best seasons in James Urban as their QB coach.  He made that Eagles offense click with them.  Then went to Cinci and was basically helped their offense look decent.  The second he left, they fell to earth.  Now, he's doing work with Lamar. 

Hell, we should just bring him in for Cam for pete's sake and draft Kellen Mond. 

If Cam goes, he's got his new guy to carve into a top talent. 

He's also deeply rooted in PA., was Reid's Assistant HC for a bit and young at 45 y/o.

The Steeler philosophy doesn't hire retread head coaches.

Granted, Tepper could depart from that but I'm not expecting him to.
