The perpetual chip on your shoulder taints what sometimes comes out as a decent football knowledge, but all anyone sees is the constant "ilk" type statements.  Get the chip off your shoulder and talk about football, you can do it, just leave off the zingers at the end of each post.

He's part of that crowd of Tinderbox trolls who cannot escape the lives they have built for themselves in that digusting hovel. It's why that place should be closed. They simply cannot let their personal bickering or grudges go and talk reasonably about anything. They just strew their personal beefs across this forum, trolling and whining. It's ridiculous.

I cannot even imagine being a person that goes to a sports related forum but be unable to focus on sports at all.

Tbh I would want to stay in Charlotte for 19 million too. If he's cut it's going to be hard to find that kind of money after all the injuries he's had.

Eh...IDK about that. $19 mil is a pretty small price to pay if he is healthy. It would/will be the 14th highest in 2020(with Drew Brees and Tom Brady unsigned).

Correction: With Brees, Brady, Rivers, Manning, Keenum, Bridgewater, Tannehill, Winston, Mariota unsigned.

So, 3-4 of those guys could easily eclipse $19 mil.

You and LinvilleGorge could be brothers.

What a relief you weren't made a moderator.

Yes, but he actually has football knowledge, it just gets covered up by other stuff.  Many have no football insights at all.

Also, Cam is under contract, Kemba was not.

You can also almost guarantee that if Cam was a free agent and we gave him a low ball offer to return he would take less money elsewhere to play for a winning team.

I am sure Cam would like a contract extension and I doubt he would ask to be paid top QB money. Winning means more to him than money. He still has that chip on his shoulder to finish what he started and bring a championship to the Carolinas.

Whatever small amount of football knowledge some of that crowd has is completely lost in their need to wage pitched battles over personal beefs across the entire site. It's just a small group of people who can't step away from the Chans or Reddit and insist on their existence being about trolling and spreading mayhem.

No reason to derail this thread any further with their nonsense. I will just add him to my growing list of "Ignored" posters. Jeremy was right, it's really the only way to clean this place up with that sewer still around.

Meh, this sounds like what a fan wants to believe and I get it, but at the end of the day, players play for money, it is their job.  We wll work for money.  And in football, and especially with players who have experienced injuries, you had better take the top dollar because you won't have the job for long.

Cam will take top dollar as it is his last contract, and he should, it would be stupid not to.

Yes, yes. I believe that foot will heal just fine. As for the rumors about his shoulder, we will likely not know about that unless someone leaks something. He has to get examined by any prospective teams as part of a trade or if they sign him, so we will see.

It's a gamble I would gladly take for $19 mil if I was a QB needy team(which the Panthers are).

You clearly have some personal beefs of your own if you are this passionate before 10 in the morning about a part of this community you want nothing to do with.

In actuality it was you that even brought up the tinderbox at this point in the discussion. That is what's most amusing about your incoherent rambling on the matter. But hey, enjoy the rest of your morning bud.

You don't give money on hopes and dreams.

Question one. Can Cam's arm make it thought a season. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Question two. Can Cam's body hold up through a NFL season. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Question three. Is Cam on the wrong side of 30. Yes.

With only one yes and two who knows you think a NFL team will just she'll out 19 million for multiple seasons? Especially when Cam is older than most back up QBs that have been healthier?
