Jalen Hurts is not a NFL qb. He is a product of Riley's system at Oklahoma. He was terribad at bama at throwing the football. If you can't throw the football in today's NFL then you can't play QB.

I disagree. I wasn’t a big fan of Hurts at Bama but he looks legit at OU and an entirely different QB. I understand he could be a product of Riley but then that would be true for both Baker and Murray. Both of them are producing in the NFL. So what makes you think that Hurts cant do it too? The NFL is changing in ways. I thought Lamar Jackson was going to be a complete bust as a passer. That kid is throwing darts this year under Greg Roman.

Lawrence is younger and has size over Tua. Lawrence is a true top 5 pick. Some people still don’t believe in Joe Burrow this year. That’s the difference.

So 2 other transfer QBs to Riley's system  who people said similar things to start.  Went #1 overall 

 

Hurts isnt as good as those 2, but by no means a system QB.

Kept him in playing while they were up already. Saban is a player killer. He will send multiple 1st rounders into the NFL but they dont ever last long.
