Both are good receivers. Quit trying to compare them. Ridley will always make Donte his lil biatch but Moore will be very good too.

Moore is a guy who will always keep the chain moving. Ridley is more a deep threat and touchdown guy.

They will always be compared and debated. The two are linked at the hip. Sorta like Jameis and Mariota coming out. 1a 1b type deal. People will always wonder what if... I don't think it's a big deal either way more of a what do you need and expect of of each. Speed to take the top off you go Ridley. Yac catch radius utility you go Moore.

They are two very different WRs and were different coming out of the draft. Ridley was a polished route runner and thought to be very pro ready to contribute immediately, but had limited upside and athleticism. With the Falcons having Julio already I think he was and is a very good fit for them as the #2 WR there. He does what is asked of him and is a solid receiver (honestly looking kinda like a Sanu replacement now that they traded him, not a bad th8ng necessarily), but I doubt he’ll ever get a whole lot better or be a huge threat that teams are scared of and game plan for.

Moore coming out of college was very very raw. Tremendous upside but not as likely as Ridley to contribute immediately (I was actually really impressed with his rookie year even though the stats didn’t pop off the page). Moore is faster, quicker, more agile and can break tackles like a RB, things Ridley will never be able to do. Moore has progressed quite a bit and it’s starting to come together and at this point I’d say Moore is the better player for sure. Ridley is still better at getting separation, but if Moore keeps progressing that could change. I think both teams got good players but they got more of a sure thing solid player and we took a risk on Moore (that he wouldn’t ever pull it together and be a Breshad Perriman, Kevin White, etc.). So far it looks like that risk has paid off big and we may have a legit #1 WR for the first time since Smitty.
