With a healthy Cam we have at least three more wins and are fighting the Aints for the NFCS. Cam hid a lot of issues this team has, Allen not so much.

Clearly Rivera is just not the long term answer. You get a Coach that can lead these men and bring the right system and bring out the best in them, you got a contender for years to come. 

 

The Rivera Era is over. 

It shows when we can run with the best teams and loose for stupid coach related reasons. We do need interior Dlineman and we have been unfortunate with injuries on the oline. I think our oline will be good but its young. If wr retain everyone and draft interior oline man and interior dlineman we will be amazing if coached right.

This team is not talented.  Sure, in a few positions, but overall, there isn’t that much talent on the team.
