Ron was turned down by numerous teams before JR was dumb enough to give him the job. A lot of people's hate for Cam is what is fueling this "Ron is a good coach" narrative just to avoid giving Cam his proper credit.

No matter the outcome, Rivera has been the problem for quite the time, 2015 really allowed him more time as a coach here than he should been allowed.

It's conceivably possible.

Rivera has plenty of history in Chicago.
