Honestly, we should just use Curtis Samuel as a Darren Sproles type player. Put him in the backfield with CMC and have him run routes from there against linebackers/safeties. He is unable to separate against any average or better CB

He’s just not a starting outside receiver.  It was always a bad idea to shoehorn him into that role, we just don’t have anyone else outside of Moore. 

He could still be a very good #3.  He gets open, just can’t be relied on for a lot of targets.

The panthers need to run the ball and shirt passes to keep brees in the bench 

the panthers also have. History of trying to make a player who plays one position play another 

Curtis Samuel is just the latest example. That one is one Gettleman

Samuel is tied for 3rd worst in the NFL for catch %.  He is awful.
