The Grier Question

Grier needs to start literally this week. Allen has shown that if he isn’t playing a bottom 5 defense he looks like a deer in headlights and makes mistakes no QB should make (like closing your eyes and throwing an INT to a d-lineman). He had his shot and it didn’t work let’s see what our 3rd rounder has to offer.

We need someone who can keep a play alive by scrambling, like a healthy Cam. There isnt a pocket passer on earth that will survive behind our line.

I'm not even mad at Allen. He's a UDFA who has far exceeded expectations, but his significant limitations as a starter are becoming painfully obvious. Well, painfully obvious to most I should say

Why do you slurp Allen’s balls so fuging much? Like can you give one legit reason? I’m curious as to why you are slurping a guy with more turnovers then TDs this season but hate the injured former MVP we have on the roster.

Allen is his best chance. Not that it matters much when you have a Oline that's a turnstile. If those guys we're going to gel it would have been weeks ago. To put it planly the wheels have fallen off the team and while we can beat bad and mediocre teams we can't touch good ones. I think Washington and and the Saints last game will be our only two wins.

We are talking about Greir not Allen you Cam nut hugger. Not wanting to see a raw QB get killed has nothing to do with Allen.

I doubt we beat the Saints in week 17 this year. In this year's stacked NFC I think there's a good chance they'll still be playing for playoff position and jockeying for a bye week in week 17 this year. If that's the case, they won't be able to essentially throw the game with no recourse just to tank a division rival's draft position

You said Allen should stay in regardless, you’ve clearly announced your bias for Allen over any other QB. So why? Like what are some of those reasons? I know you won’t legitimately answer 

 

What makes Kyle Allen the better option over Will Grier, or Cam Newton when healthy for that matter? Awaiting your response

Allen wasn't figured out. He just started to play better teams and our other problems came to the surface. Allen could never be more than a game manager this year. No Rookie QB besides Cam , Luck, and a few others can be. Still putting a Raw QB like Greir out there isn't going to change much. More likely it will make matters worse.
