Which are you choosing?

  1. 1. Which scenario are you more inclined to choose?

    • Stick with Ron and hope he turns things around somehow in the next few years.

    • Blow this Bih up and hire a new staff and fresh pair of Eyes at GM and ride it out through a rebuild situation (Or get lucky and bounce back quickly).

Making a poll here, the choices are pretty clear. I'd like to know where the huddle stands. Be honest.

As for me. I think I've made my stance clear. I am done with this regime, have been for 2-3 years ago. I want a fresh start. Personally I'd love for the staff to leave and Cam to be retained. But the new regime that would come in would have to make that choice and I don't think there are a lot of new staffs that have done that. It is mostly the opposite. Which is fine with me too, but if they do go that route, please, please pleasse........ get something for Cam..

I don't think Marty has been bad.  This forums likes to throw dirt with that 20/20 hindsight.  We were stoked when we "upgraded" to Paradis.  He couldn't have foreseen Little's concussion issues.  He got a great tackle in the 6th.  Grier was allegedly a Turner decision.

I am not so quick to defend Ron, however, I am concerned that whoever we find will be worse.

I was hoping we would take Dillard in the First round and then go after a pass rusher in the 2nd since it was so deep.  No we went Burns first and then took Little next.  Maybe next year he will not have the concussion issues he had this year.  Maybe over the off season he will work on his strength and footwork.

Ive been a big Ron supporter. I think Ron is a good coach. Yeck I even like Norv. I think that Ron has been really good for this Franchise and has brought stability and leadership. I also think he gets more out of players than some would.

BUT I also think that your message can get old. I think its time to move on. I think Ron will pick up another coaching job and continue to be a good coach - just not here.

I respect that Tepper gave the old regime a fair shot and that reflects a good temperament in him (which is a good thing for an owner). But I agree its time to clean house in the FO and bring in new blood..

I believe Burns is something special.  Anyone can get injured.  We got an amazingly promising rookie at a position of great need.  I don't think you can fault the pick, especially after seeing he has the fastest get off in the NFL as a rookie.  You have to remember, not every first round pick is a star.  It seems to be with Hurney at the helm, but things could be very different.

If we are going to blow it up then go ahead and trade Luke.

This is a convo people aren't ready for, they've been wanting to trade for HOF players in bad situations with other teams for years.

Now we are the team possibly looking at the dawn of qb purgatory.
