Apply this quote to this team. I've been doing this since 2016. 

 

How many more wasted season, players, playoffs does this team need to go through in order to understand that it is insane to keep doing the same things over and over and expecting the different results?

 

Tepper had a chance to clean house and actually make moves a couple of off seasons ago. He didn't do it. Why does this fan base have to go through the same crap over and over again? Honestly Cam's time and body has been wasted here in Carolina except for one year when he was MVP and people hang on to that for dear life like he's going to be that all over again. Albeit he could but to be completely honest, he's not going to do that with this staff, not again. 

I'm all for change, been for it since Tepper got here. I'd much rather keep Cam and lose Ron. If we keep Ron and lose Cam, this team is really not going to go anywhere. The way things are going we'll finish 7-9 and miss a top ten pick again because players are going to play for him when it doesn't matter anymore. I'm tired of that movie guys. I really am. I am surprised a lot of you aren't.

Unfortunately, I think that has become the organization's definition of the "Keep Pounding" motto. Don't try to address your weaknesses, just keep pounding like a woodpecker on a metal pole.

I honestly feel bad for the players more than anyone. Contrary to popular belief we have a really young talented Core of players and like I mentioned, are being wasted with this staff.

Why is next time going to be any different? As Einstein said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. We have not beat the falcons in forever and MoRon still comes out with the same poo.
