He has never played in a game. Allen threw 3 picks in the first half. Some players practice bad, but play good. There is nothing to lose by trying him out.

I love how the ravens back up is RG3. Even if Lamar goes down you guy another guy who is essentially the same player, just a lil slower and a little less accurate. The Ravens do everything right, I truly envy them.

I support Allen starting the rest of the season.  Behind this OL Grier will do no better and he is clearly, clearly not NFL ready.

How the fug do you know he’s not ready? Because Rivera won’t play him? Yeah Rivera always plays the best players at every position

And if they start Grier and he struggles, who will panther fans call to start after he struggles ?  Grier isn’t ready, and like it’s been mentioned already, if you toss him in he could get killed.

Just looking at Grier sitting on the bench in his warm jacket and toboggan during yesterday's game told me everything I need to know about whether Will Grier is ready to start. He's not. He doesn't want it. 

And if he doesn't want it, you can't win with him.

That being said, it's time to start Will Grier and see what you have in him.  At this point if the coaching staff doesn't start him, does this show how little faith they have in him?

Grier was deer-in-the-headlights in pre-season. Let Kyle work through it, and hopefully he doesn't get injured. If it doesn't work out, next year is not that far away.
