RR needs to win 2 or 3 more games to keep his job

Rivera getting his walking papers really shouldn't be an issue at this point or any point during the last several seasons.

Rivera needs to be shown the door just like Fox was in Denver.

Fox took the Broncos to the Superbowl and subsequently lost two opening round playoff games at home.  After that he was terminated.

The owner in Denver demanded a Superbowl victory and nothing less would do, which is what he ultimately got with Fox's replacement, Gary Kubiak.

I've been hoping that Dave Tepper would raise the level of expectations with his arrival here in Carolina.

So far that hasn't happened.

Maybe 2020 will be the year.

I've been supportive of Ron for a long time, but I dont think there is much that can save him after this year, outside of a improbable turn around and superbowl win.

If he isnt canned tomorrow, then he will be on the monday after our last game.

The amount of talent he has should be enough to fire the guy. 

To me he has more negatives than positives. It's been years like that but somehow he retains his job. We've Seen this year's before time and Time again. Why do people expect.any different results?  As long as Ron is here, this team peaked at 2015 season.

He was nearly fired in 2013 but then they turned it around.

I don't see us making a change mid-season, but I also don't see Ron being retained.  His results have been inconsistent.

If we had a defense that was keeping us in games, and we were simply losing because we couldn't quite get it done with a backup QB, ok, Ron has a chance to retain his job.  But right now, our defense is equally at fault for our current problems and that falls 100% on Ron.  Make no mistake about it, that defense has quality players out there and they look just completely lost.

That's coaching, aka Ron.  I was a fan of RR before this season started, but right now he is almost completely at fault for where we are.

Give ARI credit. They saw it wasn't working last year and made a change. Amazing what coaching can do, even for a bad team like ARI.

I'm really hoping Tepper gave he and Hurndog the ol' 'Playoffs or else' speech before the season.  Yeah, Cam is out, but that's a direct result of RR playing a player that he knew to be injured.
