RR needs to win 2 or 3 more games to keep his job

Nope.  He was lucky to keep his job last year, and the year before that, and the year before that.  Cam saved his job in '15 and bought him several more seasons he didn't deserve.  Then when Cam needs the favor returned Cowardly Ron is nowhere to be found...  he literally got outcoached and blown out by a guy who was Vegas' favorite to be fired in-season like 2 weeks ago.  If that isn't telling, idk what is.

Not sure you can fire him mid season because we will have to find a DC too. We all know Washington is hot garbage. That's a lot to ask mid season for an interim coach.

I really dont give a fug at this point. Let luke call the plays.

If MoRon manages to keep his job we mind as well pretend the panthers are on a bye season next year, tired of his bull crap showing up for games totally unprepared and then finding a scapegoat to pin it on. Newsflash its on you and your terrible buddy coaching staff.

Tired of seeing his weak ass zone defense and Norv's terrible play calling on offense.  They ride CMC to the red zone and then let Kyle fug it up with his INT's and fumbles.

Think about it. Tepper is an 'analytics guy'. Chances of a team finishing 8-8 or 7-9 after losing their starting QB two games into the season and having to play an undrafted rookie QB, are pretty low. Most of the outcome's would be much worse.

Grier will never see the field. Allen is Riveras only chance. Can he win 2 or 3 more games seems like a long shot. That is a reality of our situation. If he can pull that off, he may have Teppers ear and not get canned.

He needs the playoff to save his job. I have a better chance of winning the jackpot than that happening

I dont know if we should even thank him for that.

I can still watch the Fox era Superbowl and admire the Panthers gritty performance/timely adjustments despite the heartbreaking outcome.

However, I've never re-watched Rivera's Superbowl.

The lack of game planning and failure to adjust to what the Broncos were doing is simply too infuriating to relive.

Exactly, it all boils down to MoRon not having the mental fortitude to be a head coach, he got lucky having some generational players drag his ass to a decent coaching record.

At this point I would rather Watch Fox with Davidson as our OC again.
