RR needs to win 2 or 3 more games to keep his job

No he has to go. It’s not the losses. It’s the way we lose and the fact that this team has some promise even without Cam and we get blown out once we face any true test, after a bye, or a must win rivalry game we haven’t won in 2 years.

Its over. I’d even keep Hurney and I definitely want Cam back but we need an offensive minded head coach and we need him yesterday.

Less than a winning season, he's gone.  A winning season and missing the playoffs?  I think it's 50/50.  If we somehow miraculously make the playoffs after the crap show of today and San Francisco, then he's safe.

Don't think that the players don't realize that. They've been playing football at a high level their entire lives. They may like him, they may hope he gets it figured out, but at the end of the day I think they realize he's fresh out of ideas.

Even his whole analytics thing is bullsht. It’s just situational, common sense gut check calls. And he still fugs that up.

Not sure you can fire him mid season because we will have to find a DC too. We all know Washington is hot garbage. That's a lot to ask mid season for an interim coach.

This.  Ron's weaknesses have been exposed by our opponents (inside and outside the division) and he has failed to effectively respond.

There were certainly more than that playing well.  DJ Moore had a fantastic game, when they could actually get the ball to him  So did Olsen.  Tre Boston was very aggressive, made some great hits.  It is hard to find anyone else that stood out though.

I think Rivera needs to make the playoffs.  So 10-6 at least, and that is only if a lot of other stuff happens.  11-5 is more realistic irt him keeping his job.

Rivera is going nowhere. Changes won't be made. They weren't when we lost out last year and we are technically in a playoff run but with the shitbirds again, taints twice and the seachickens the blunt force of losing out has started.

I don’t think RR should be fired tomorrow but DT has to be strongly considering it at the end of the season.  I think RR will actually be better off in the long run.   He is a smart guy but I think he needs to reflect, adapt and grow.  I dont think he can do all that while coaching here.
