RR needs to win 2 or 3 more games to keep his job

Think about it. Tepper is an 'analytics guy'. Chances of a team finishing 8-8 or 7-9 after losing their starting QB two games into the season and having to play an undrafted rookie QB, are pretty low. Most of the outcome's would be much worse.

Grier will never see the field. Allen is Riveras only chance. Can he win 2 or 3 more games seems like a long shot. That is a reality of our situation. If he can pull that off, he may have Teppers ear and not get canned.

If he isn't fired Monday Tepper may as well be Jerry Richardson with a mask on.

nah I'm not a huge fan of firing coaches midseason. i just don't know what it accomplishes.

ron is a good guy and well respected by the league. they were in the playoffs in 2017. you let him coach it out. nothing is improved by firing him now.

besides, there's not a coach on the roster i want to risk going on a run and getting a chance at the job.

It would show that Tepper isn't afraid to fix his mistakes and admit he was wrong.

Show the fans and players you are committed to winning and blowouts like this, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh will not be tolerated.

I don't see an upside to terminating Rivera right now, let the season run its course.

Once the season is done, thank Ron for his efforts and let him move on to another team.

A new coaching staff and GM will hopefully bring a fresh perspective/approach to challenging NO and Atlanta for the division title.
