Luke might get a 1st, but it would be a long shot with they way he’s been playing. 
 

CMC would guarantee a high 1st pick. Not ideal at all, but might be an ok move if there was a QB worth taking.

I'm ready for a rebuild/retool.  New GM, New coach.  Keep the young talent.  Keep Cam if he will play out his final year without an extension, otherwise see what we can get for him.   Hard pass on Harbaugh for me though.

Honestly, missing the playoffs three straight seasons probably should trigger a full on rebuild if a team actually wants to compete.

That decision is still a couple of years off. He'll be going into his 4th season and we have him under a five year contract with the 5th year option included in 1st round rookie contracts.

Agreed. Time to clean house. If cam wants out, trade him for a 1rd pick and move on. A clean house and 2 1st rd picks will be attractive to a new coach.
