Why is Reid talking about Colin after this embarrassing loss?

Not sure if intentional or not but you're coming off as racist. And you're alluding to some involvement with others that are the same.

I'm African American and I find this offensive. I'm not super hurt by any of it. I mean I was born and raised in South Carolina. But this is probably not the appropriate venue for your "opinions."

Your assumptions are way off base but if you're feelings are truly hurt I won't use the nickname going forward.

PS...don't care about your opinion on my opinions :shades:

Killing is bad no matter who does it.  It's not just black on black crime, though it's homicide black on black.  And to your stats that means 75% of the other cop related murders were non-black.  Also, that stat says Police killed...not white Police.  Granted, it probably doesn't change the numbers drastically, but it does matter.  You break that down though and that is not even one cop-related homicide of a black person a day.  In a nation of 330 million people, I think that's not an epidemic of an abuse of power by white police officers.  Not trying to trivialize the issue, but statistically speaking, Kaep is making this a much bigger problem that reality has it.

Okay!!!!!! What has this to do with Panther football! This belongs in the political forum. How did we get into this ' "Heated emotional political argument" in a football forum? This us why you do not want Colin Kaepernick on your team.

I like the passion,  but you need to direct that passion against me.  Your hated Saints fan.

There's an obvious reason why most of you that don't like Reid talk about him incessantly, and it's not because you value blind dedication to team over all else. He is, by all accounts of the players who actually know him, a great teammate. He gets under your skin because he's got people like you pegged and won't pretend to play your games, not because he isn't the second coming of Ed Reed.

How do you feel about the contract he is playing under?

A lot of folks think Cam shouldn't have to play next year under the original terms of his contract because it will be a "lame duck year" --- they think he should be extended before next season as it's below him to play out the contract he signed.

Reid is going into his "lame duck year" as well....

....do you believe he is owed an extension?  If so, how long and for how much?  And why?
