David Tepper owns 100% responsibility for this season, good or (much more likely) or disastrous.

He was not only fine but EAGER to retain the utter mediocrity that is Ron Rivera as the leader of his billion dollar toy.

Really really questionable decision making for such a supposedly-brilliant businessman.

Good teams can recover from falling behind early... not sure I have much faith in Ron and this Oline, D, special teams, etc
