Blasphemy!  Nothing better than a Bombay Sapphire and tonic, with a little bit of lime.  You heathens dont know good.

Dude. Why are you mixing anything with Sapphire? Rocks are all you need, my man.

If you wanna try some new age gins- Aviation and The Botanist are both pretty good.

Thing about Tequila is, you only need the good stuff for the first two or three shots.  After that, it doesn't really matter.

Man if you like patron try don julio brown...im telling you patron is overated garbage...mexicans dont even prefer it....there are alot better teauilas including ones price wise on par with patron but not as popular.

I am the self-proclaimed boss of tequila. Don't mix it and don't drink it in shots.

Blanco should always be consumed at room temp. If you want a real treat, the field workers in Mexico typically drink it in a 4oz juice glass and drink it with a sangrita (not sangria), which is a somewhat spicy, tomato-based, almost like a bloody mary mix. A sip of sangrita between a few sips of blanco.

Reposado, often referred to as the "women's tequila" in Mexico, because it is very smooth and light on the alcohol kick. It's not been aged as long as the anejo and is, therefore, not as heavy and bold.

Anejo and super anejos are good sippers- I usually drink these on the rocks. Oh, and none of that salt and lime poo, either. Just drink the drink- don't fug around with it.

Cabo Wabo is my go-to when I don't have a special bottle somewhere and more restaurants are carrying it.

Casa Noble, Herradura, Corralejo are a few of my favorites.

I don't drink much anymore.  But when I did drink Tequila, it was for the effect, not the taste.  I drank it in shots, and mixed it up, especially if someone else was buying.  :)

Cabo wabo is one he gave me and I was pleasantly surprised about it, far superior to patron. I also believe all but bottumn shelf liquor should be consumed on the rocks, tequila, cognac, and whiskey are my favourites! I hope more restaraunts will carry cabo wabo!

Say what you want about Sammy Hagar, he made a pretty fine tequila. Til he sold it to Campari anyway.

Yeah, he made $80M and still owns 20% including the merchandising. The tequila hasn't changed, although the packaging/label/cork has.

He's making a rum now (Sammy's Beach Bar Rum). Not a rum drinker, so I'll refrain from commenting.
