I prefer to think of him more like Mad Dog 20/20. Sure it's ok when you're young and broke and don't know any better, but in the end you're just going to end up crying on the bathroom floor after puking your guts out wondering why oh why did you ever think that was a good idea in the first place.

Why do you seem to know my standard third date experience so well?

They say don't say things in the heat of the moment when you're emotional, you'll say things you regret. I've always found this to be good advice, so after 3 day of calming down, I have carefully considered the matter, weighed it in my mind, reflected on the consequences and come to a heartfelt conclusion:

Jerome Boger is a shitty

shitty

shitty

shitty referee, and has no business officiating an NFL game. I wouldn't trust him to correctly officiate a footrace between Usain Bolt and my grandmother, and she's been dead for years.

Also, I do not like gin, and find it less suitable for human consumption than paint thinner, unless Jerome Boger is doing the drinking, in which case he should have both.

That is all.

I digress on the Gin statement....there is little better ways to get floored then 102 gin and a juice of your choosing.

Not this week.

Funny thing, though. I actually did see a tweet from a Green Bay fan who acknowledged that was a bad call and Boger was crap.

This does not surprise me. We're all homers to some degree, but in my experience GB fans are some of the most reasonable, well informed, pulling for their team without dissing yours fans I've come across.

I used to drink a lot more gin than I do now.  Then I tried Hacienda Gin, which is from a distillery not far from me.  I regained my appreciation.  Perhaps the smoothest gin I have ever had.....which is dangerous.

The good news about Boger this week is he is assigned the iconic Jets-Redskins battle.  He will have to work hard to make the biggest gaffes on that field.  As bad as they both are, he may even go unnoticed.

Yeah almost had my pie but lost it last second with your hot take on gin. Otherwise I agree with you.

Gin is second only to whisky

To me good gin is in a far different category then say good bourban. You can actually drink good gin straight and it is quite good. I went to a silverback distillery that had some good gjn, exceptionally smooth and drinkable! Cheap gin straight will make me puke lol. The silverback Gin is the only i have enjoyed straight.

Gin is terrible. And I love it. The perfect blend of gasoline and Deep Woods Off.
