well, maybe that is a poor choice of words.  But I think the stage would be set for Ron/Cam/Hurney to give it one last shot and see what happens.   Then he makes his call on everyone.  Just seems like an easy way for Tepper to handle it all.

I think Hurney goes. Ron might stay with a new Gm

Leach would be awesome for the pressers alone.

In all seriousness Tepper is probably looking at PIT coaches given his familiarity with the org.

Consider as well (cringe) Rivera might do just enough to save himself this season.

Yeah Leach would be outstanding.

We would probably go 1-12 but the pressers would be legendary.  And then we could draft Lawrence.

Stick with Rivera, I like what we are building with Allen and CMC, no need to muck that up by hiring new coaching staff.

Do you want to stay in mediocrity the next 3 years? We've had nearly a decade to evaluate Rivera. Newsflash, he's not good enough and still hasn't learned from his mistakes in year 9. Time to move on.

If Ron Rivera wins 10+ games w/ Kyle Allen.....the moment he becomes available he will be the next coach hired in the NFL.

it is WAY easier to end up with worse than better than Ron.  Just a fact proven every year. Tepper knows that too.   Tepper also is a Pittsburgh guy.   I just don't see Tepper blowing it all up if this team does what they could do.

Look at the NFL hires in the last 5 years.  How many have been worse than Ron vs better?

Ron is Ron. We all know who he is. He won’t change. Hasn’t changed. What makes you think he’ll change. He couldn’t fire Shula. Won’t fire Washington. He’s too loyal and that’s what will end up killing his career. We have a group of players that are better on paper than the Packers, Seattle, and probably even the 49ers. We have a worse record than all three.
