What’s going on with Luke Kuechly

A player with the smarts as Luke should never look that bad wish I could pin point what's wrong with him he should have the ability to call audible based on what he sees and usually calls out 3 or 4 plays a game not seeing that anymore. Better days probably behind him

There's a reason the team is right at the top of the QB sack list- because that's the focus of the D. Some outstanding edge rushers in Addison, Burns, Obada, Haynes and Irvin; but someone has to take a double team in the middle of a hybrid 3-4, which is hurting the run D.

The LBs in this scheme have to fill gaps as they see them, but the Panthers LBs are getting manhandled by O-linemen getting to the second level before they can fill the gap. Hence, holes big enough to drive cars through. Watch Sunday's game and you'll see a consistent trend- Luke going to the A gap while the RB goes B gap.

I'm sorry, but I'll take stopping the run game over getting 3 sacks per game. Sure, the sacks excite the crowd and motivate the D, but if you're getting gashed for 150 rushing yards a game as a trade-off, it's not worth it.

Weeeeeell, we are 5-1 when we hold our opponents under 150 yards rushing a game this year. I found that out this morning....
