Amen. Imagine a competent coach with Odell Beckham, Nick Chubb, Jarvis Landry, Kareem Hunt, and Baker Mayfield at their disposal. I would argue an elite HC is more valuable than an elite QB.

Imagine having all those weapons and no one to block behind a trash OL.

They have talent.  But you need to spread it around.  That team is so insanely unbalanced its.   Only place you can go crazy and load up at one position is in the trenches.  No matter how the game is going, its still fundamentals, games are won in the trenches.

SF 's last 5 drafts.  Theyve drafted 4 1st round DL, and 2 1st round OL.  On top of that, they traded a 2nd round pick for a probowl DE.  They also have Giants former 2nd round Center, and and also traded for Detroits 1st round OG that wasnt working out on their mess of a team.  PLUS they still have former 1st rounder/probowl/their version of Jordan Gross in Joe Staley.

Talent matters a Lot when you puzzle it together right (GM's job).  Then the coach is the cherry on top

I feel like the 49ers are what Ron has always envisioned us to be. Ball control running offense with a dominant defense. He's just not good enough to implement it correctly

Helps when your stacked with talent in the trenches

SF OL has 2 1st round OT's, a 2nd rounder at Center, and a 2nd rounder at RG

You can find weaknesses on any teams. It’s how the HC can find ways to hide it or find mismatches. SF has weakness at WR and secondary

But its easy to mask that no matter who the coach is when your OL is stacked and the run game is rolling.  And the DL camps in the backfield.

Games are won in the trenches.  And they are loaded there
